5 Ways to Get Rid of Stress

There are only 5 easy steps to get rid of stress after working 8 hours a day and 6 days a week:

  1. Drink Moderate. Buy me a beer and dance with the tune of Poker Face by Lady Gaga. However, drinking water is fine.
  2. Expect the Unexpected. I have a bunch of tasks during my rest day. For example, taking a special class (routing and switching), cooking seafoods, washing my favorite clothes, going online, and not sleeping at all for 24 hours. I'm sure I had only accomplished 10% for expected things. Not so bad because 90% of it has get rid of my stress.
  3. Listen to Favorite Music. I will burn your favorite music into a CD/DVD and listen it on the car while wandering.
  4. Eat sandwich with Hot Tea with Milk. We're not saving. Some of us cannot take plenty of food into our tummy because of hangover. Just promise me, don't do it again.
  5. Take Photos of the Highest Building. The most promising task is to take photos of the tallest building of the world - Burj Dubai. This is how I'm going to base my goal on my next week's to-do-list. Good luck!

Government Warning! Smoking Kills

This is the way how a Bohol Farmer smokes.

How to Know if you are a change smoker? Smoking is not good to your health. It will cause different health problems and most especially it is bad to your lungs. Sometimes, smokers won't notice that they are a change smokers who smoke everyday one pack of cigarettes up to eight packs. But it is not easy to be a smoker if you find out that you need to stop for health reasons and you cannot do it.

  1. Change smokers cannot help not to smoke in every minutes or every time the cigarette is consumed or any chance they get they have to light a cigarette.
  2. Smokers cannot stand without lighting the cigarettes after eating their meals and they felt throwing up after using the bathroom without cigarette in their mouth.
  3. Smokers have difficulty in keeping their saliva in their mouth without having to smoke for few hours
  4. Change smokers choose to smoke when hungry rather than looking for food first. They can stand longer without eating than wait for few minutes without smoking cigarettes.
  5. Change smokers get more dizzy when they cannot take a break from work and sit under the tree just to produce a smoke.

Back To Basic

Did you know how to produce one bag of rice using this traditional process that we called "Lubok" (Cebuano Term). In this way, you can save money, electricity, and transportation expenses. This is the best way if you have running out of budget but it cost much time to take.

Nowadays most of the companies are using big rice mill. A machine or device that reduces a solid or coarse substance into pulp or minute grains by crushing, grinding, or pressing. That is why, we can easily buy rice in the nearby wet market or in any supermarkets. Good thing for you.

Now you know the basic.
